Why You Should Join Us!
Do you live in Atlantic City? Do you work for an organization that serves communities in Atlantic City? Do you work in the housing, health, or economic justice sector? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, we invite to join us for our upcoming Atlantic City Call to Collaboration, where we’ll discuss the Central Question:
How can we leverage our successes and ignite universal access to quality housing, economic justice and thriving, healthy neighborhoods for all AC residents?
We know that the people of Atlantic City are unstoppable when we show up for each other and that we need each other now more than ever as we navigate tumultuous times, so we’ve structured this Call to Collaboration to be accessible with one in-person session, one virtual session centered on Housing, and one virtual session centered on Economic & Health Justice.
Registration is FREE and REQUIRED and ALL three sessions will have Spanish interpretation available.
Part One: Wednesday, April 29th – 8:30am-3:30pm In-Person Session at Noyes Arts Garage
Part Two: Wednesday, May 6th – 6:30pm-8:30pm Virtual Session focused on Housing
Part Three: Wednesday, May 13th – 6:30pm-8:30pm Virtual Session focused on Economic & Health Justice
Call to Collaboration
- It brings together people involved in the different neighborhoods, initiatives and organizations that coexist in New Jersey;
- The topics for the conversations and breakout sessions are suggested by and led by the people who attend—this means that you, your colleagues and neighbors are the ones leading discussions, moving ideas forward, and developing action plans;
- The format of the meeting follows Open Space Technology—a dynamic and democratic way of meeting that is used worldwide as a tool to tackle complex problems that require diverse viewpoints to solve them.
